small bedsshort-changed experience
the hotel looks good at first, but some things went wrong. the family room we booked was not really for a family. it only had two of everything, robes, slippers, even coffee cups. the beds weren't large enough, so it was difficult to move around. i felt short-changed by this experience and i wont recommend this hotel to families

minibar chargesuntransparent expense
the minibar charges were a surprise i found. they did not list prices and charged me $170 for some water, pepsi, and a cup noodle. this expense was very untransparent and i probably won't come back because of it. it's just NOT awesome.

The shuttle service to the airport and the MTR station was very convenient. I appreciated the dining options located within the hotel grounds (there are many choices). Being so close to the airport simplified my departure.

The rooms are well-sized with comfortable beds ensuring a restful sleep. Shuttle buses run to both Tung Chung and the airport offering easy transportation. A laundromat is located across from the hotel in the shopping area.

The fitness center and the pool are maintained to a VERY high standard (i enjoyed this very much). The fitness center remains open 24 hours. Shuttle services are available to the airport and the central railway station.

the staff did a great job, from the reception upon arrival till i checked out. i appreciate how they handled everything smoothly. the airport shuttle was convenient, and it runs regularly. the room had a luxurious bath robe, i did feel pampered.
