small beds short-changed experience
the hotel looks good at first, but some things went wrong. the family room we booked was not really for a family. it only had two of everything, robes, slippers, even coffee cups. the beds weren't large enough, so it was difficult to move around. i felt short-changed by this experience and i wont recommend this hotel to families

minibar charges untransparent expense
the minibar charges were a surprise i found. they did not list prices and charged me $170 for some water, pepsi, and a cup noodle. this expense was very untransparent and i probably won't come back because of it. it's just NOT awesome.

the minibar charges felt really off. i wasn't shown any prices for the items beforehand. i ended up paying $170 for three small bottles of water, a pepsi, and a cup noodle! this lack of transparency is quite annoying. i probably won't stay here again because of it.

Excellent Stay Near the Airport
convenient shuttle service various dining options simplified departure
The shuttle service to the airport and the MTR station was very convenient. I appreciated the dining options located within the hotel grounds (there are many choices). Being so close to the airport simplified my departure.

The rooms are well-sized with comfortable beds ensuring a restful sleep. Shuttle buses run to both Tung Chung and the airport offering easy transportation. A laundromat is located across from the hotel in the shopping area.
Facilities

The fitness center and the pool are maintained to a VERY high standard (i enjoyed this very much). The fitness center remains open 24 hours. Shuttle services are available to the airport and the central railway station.

The breakfast buffet provided many options. The staff was helpful. A food court on the ground floor presents many choices at reasonable prices. The hotel offers various dining options.

a good airport hotel, for one night
great staff airport shuttle luxurious bath robe
the staff did a great job, from the reception upon arrival till i checked out. i appreciate how they handled everything smoothly. the airport shuttle was convenient, and it runs regularly. the room had a luxurious bath robe, i did feel pampered.

the beautiful king room offered ample space. i saw it included a large king-sized bed. the room featured modern decor and two separate sinks, i did notice it. a rainfall shower.

the breakfast buffet opened early, around 6:30, i believe. i noticed the cafe in the lobby had fresh fruit for kids, helpful. the rooftop dinner service gave a good experience.

the fitness center stayed open twenty-four hours, so i did enjoy a workout. the pool area featured many loungers. complimentary transportation to the shopping mall was available too.
